Before you subscribe
Is there a free plan?
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with no card and access to everything within trial limits. When it ends you choose a plan. If you do nothing, nothing is deleted: there are 7 more days when everything still works, then the workspace becomes read-only.
What counts as a team member?
Anyone who can sign in to your agency or its client workspaces, plus invitations that have not been accepted yet. A client you give a login to counts as a person.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You see a plain message saying which limit and how to raise it, and you can keep working with everything you already have. Leads arriving from your ad platforms while a plan is at its limit are not thrown away: they wait and can be retried once there is room.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more room; the new limits apply straight away. To move down, make sure you are within the smaller plan's limits.
How do I pay?
By card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can stop automatic renewal yourself at any time; access continues until the date you have paid for.
What is your refund policy?
See the refund and cancellation policy. In short: try it free first, cancel any time, and write to us if something went wrong with a payment.
